Terms for using MYFOP UA as a 3rd group FOP in Ukraine.
MYFOP UA is built for 3rd group FOPs in Ukraine without VAT who receive income into business accounts and want to see taxes by quarter.
Other FOP groups, companies, VAT, employees, and banks outside PrivatBank and Monobank may be unavailable until their logic is launched separately.
A free account opens the Payment accounts and FOP tax reference pages.
The annual subscription opens PrivatBank and Monobank connection, income review, tax calculation, reminders, and community IBAN change history.
Current annual subscription price: 350 UAH / year. Paid sections open after payment is confirmed.
Payments are processed by a payment provider. MYFOP UA does not store payment card data.
You can cancel the subscription in Billing. After cancellation, access stays active until the end of the paid period unless a refund is approved separately.
Bank connection is used to read statements and accounts. The service does not create payments, transfers, or withdrawals.
You are responsible for creating a token with the required access rights and can delete the connection in your workspace.
The service calculates estimated taxes from income collected from connected banks, exchange rates on payment dates, and tax rules.
Before paying taxes, check amounts, deadlines, payment details, and payment purpose. MYFOP UA helps with calculation, but does not submit declarations or pay taxes for you.
You can access the service with Google sign-in or a one-time email code. Do not share access to your account with other people.
